Your main responsibilities:
- analyze employee salary data, prepare analytical reports and provide insights;
- participate in salary planning and budgeting processes;
- analyze labor market salary data and assess the competitiveness of the company's salary;
- participate in improving the salary system, job evaluation and salary review processes;
- contribute to the implementation of the requirements of the Pay Transparency Directive;
- prepare internal orders on salary issues;
- supervise and maintain the salary management system "LABBIS BONUS", and consult the Company's employees on salary issues.
We hope you:
- you have a higher education in economics, finance, management or a similar field;
- you have work experience in compensation management, personnel analytics, financial analysis or a similar field;
- you are excellent at working with Microsoft Excel and are able to analyze large amounts of data;
- you are familiar with the principles of compensation management and salary structure;
- you are analytical, meticulous and able to argue your proposals;
- you know how to present complex information clearly and understandably, you easily find a common language with managers and specialists from different fields.
We would consider experience in evaluating positions, analyzing the compensation market or working with compensation analytics systems an advantage.
