Formation of the expedition department in the Vilnius branch;
Organization, control and supervision of the work of the expedition department;
Business development, developing services on the route Lithuania - Scandinavia - Lithuania.
Creation and implementation of expedition strategy and tactical plans;
Analysis of international freight transportation, logistics, expedition market needs and changes;
Analysis of performance results, preparation of reports, proposal and implementation of specific development ideas;

Business development, developing services on the route Lithuania - Scandinavia - Lithuania.

Employee requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in the Scandinavian market;
Excellent skills in working with transport exchanges;
Knowledge of contract machinery pricing (Lithuania-Scandinavia-Lithuania);
Excellent knowledge of English;
Strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation skills, ability to form and motivate a team;
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing market conditions;
Desire to achieve set goals, independence, responsibility;
Very good negotiation skills, strategic thinking, goal orientation;
