UAB "Andegra" is expanding its team and invites an organized, communicative and proactive expedition coordinator to join us. We are looking for someone who would be able to independently plan the company's transport routes, maintain contact with drivers and actively work with freight and transport exchanges.
Your responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the company's transport routes in Lithuania and Europe;
- Maintain daily communication with drivers, resolve ongoing issues on the road;
- Work on freight exchanges (e.g., Trans.eu, Timocom, Cargo.lt);
- Search for cargo for the company's transport;
- Find transport for customers' cargo;
- Communicate with customers and carriers regarding orders, prices and conditions;
- Control the terms and quality of transport order fulfillment;
- Prepare necessary documents, supervise the smooth progress of the expedition.

- Have similar work experience in expedition, logistics, transport planning (an advantage, but we can train a motivated candidate);
- Can communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
- Able to independently prioritize tasks and respond quickly to situations;
- You are communicative, organized, responsible and result-oriented;
- Knowledgeable to work with freight exchanges or willing to learn;
- Working with a computer is your everyday life.
