You are organized and find common ground with partners;
Has at least years of experience working with customers / carriers. An advantage if you have a network of partnerships;
Strong internal motivation and desire to improve in their field of work;
The ability and willingness to communicate with people should be one of your main qualities;
Ability to deal with all concerns wisely and responsibly, taking into account each situation that arises;
Foreign languages (Russian, English, Polish) would be an advantage;
You are ready to test your position as a sales manager in a forwarding company;
You are proactive, energetic, motivated to work and earn money;
Hope to grow up and climb the career ladder;
