Expedition / Sales Manager | Vilnius

UAB "Interlogistika" is expanding its team and invites an ambitious and results-oriented Expedition / Sales Manager to join us. If you have experience in the field of transport and logistics, like negotiations, active work and want to grow together with a strong team - we are waiting for you!

You will organize full and partial cargo transportation according to your experience and the chosen market;
You will actively search for cargo on freight exchanges;
You will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers;
You will plan, coordinate and control transport routes;
You will look for new business opportunities and expand the network of customers and partners;
You will have the opportunity to build your own team and contribute to the development of a new department.

Important: administrative processes (order entry, billing administration and other documentary work) are carried out by the administration team, so you will be able to focus all your attention on sales and expedition.

Have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of forwarding (purchase and sale of cargo);
Have worked with Timocom, Trans.eu, Teleroute or other freight exchanges;
You have good oral and written English;
You are proactive, responsible, result-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment;
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and good computer literacy.

1500-5000 €/mon. net
Specific salary depends on experience and competencies. It will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
