BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Management of the activities and development of the forwarding department (tarpaulins, containers, tanks, refrigerators);
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their loyalty;
- Analyze performance results and initiate solutions for growth;
- Implementation of strategic plans, development of the customer base.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have experience in the field of transport;
- You have gained experience in managerial work;
- You speak English, Russian (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
- You understand international logistics processes;
- You are result-oriented, a strong negotiator, and able to make decisions quickly.
