Nature of work
- Plan and organize cargo flows in Western Europe;
- Work with freight exchanges and communicate directly with customers;
- Organize the entire transportation process - from receiving an order to delivering the cargo;
- Work with our fleet of trucks, control their mileage and profitability;
- Negotiate prices, routes and terms of cooperation;
- Monitor the progress of transportation and promptly resolve any situations that arise;
- Share information with the team and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or other languages will be considered a great advantage;
- Ability to independently plan work, negotiate and make decisions quickly;
- Responsibility, initiative and desire to actively participate in the growth of the company;
- Good computer skills and openness to new technologies.
