Nature of work
- Work with car manufacturers and other foreign clients.
- Search for subcontractors for the transportation of excess cargo and implementation and control of processes and documentation.
- Organization of subcontractors' work and strict control of execution - compliance with loading, delivery deadlines, documents and other agreed conditions.
- Prompt response to delays, deviations from the plan or other disruptions in the performance of subcontractors.
- Search for alternative carriers and solutions when the original plan can no longer be fulfilled.
- Creation of a long-term and reliable subcontractor network and maintenance of relationships.
- Search for missing and additional cargo for own and subleased fleet of motor carriers.
- Calculation of transportation prices, participation in tenders and "spot" requests.
- Coordination of cargo and transport supply to achieve maximum profitability.
- Teamwork with transport planners and managers, deciding which cargoes are transported by own transport and which by subcontractors.
- Order execution, documentation and data quality control.
- Participation in meetings with partners, international exhibitions, conferences and other transport sector events.

- The salesperson's nature is the desire to call, negotiate, search, offer and close the deal.
- Ability to quickly establish contact and build long-term business relationships.
- Strength and perseverance in managing subcontractors and demanding the fulfillment of agreed obligations.
- Ability to respond promptly when a subcontractor is late or does not comply with the agreement.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to defend the company's commercial interest.
- Responsibility for the assigned order until its final execution, including the completion of documentation for accounting.
- Ability to simultaneously manage many orders, carriers, deadlines and changing information. Quick orientation and prompt decisions and responses.
- High data discipline, attentiveness and structured work style.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Polish is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and share information to achieve a common result.
••EXPERIENCE in the field of transport forwarding, logistics, transport sales or working with carriers.
- Experience in the road transport market is a significant advantage.
