Nature of work
We are looking for an active, commercial and result-oriented person who would be able to quickly find transport solutions on the market, negotiate prices, expand the circle of subcontractors and control that the agreed transportations are carried out exactly according to the plan.
In this position, the salesman's spirit, perseverance, the ability to negotiate and firmly manage subcontractors are important - from the first agreement to the final delivery of the car to the customer.

Nature of work
- Work with car manufacturers and other foreign customers.
- Search for subcontractors for the transportation of excess cargo and implementation and control of processes and documentation.
- Organization of subcontractors' work and strict control of implementation - compliance with loading, delivery deadlines, documents and other agreed conditions.
- Operational response to delays, deviations from the plan or other disruptions in the performance of subcontractors.
- Search for alternative carriers and solutions when the original plan can no longer be fulfilled.
- Creating a long-term and reliable network of subcontractors and maintaining relationships.
- Searching for missing and additional cargo for own and subleased fleet of road hauliers.
- Calculating transportation prices, participating in tenders and spot inquiries.
- Coordinating cargo and transport supply to achieve maximum profitability.
- Teamwork with transport planners and managers, deciding which cargo is transported by own transport and which by subcontractors' transport.
- Quality control of order execution, documentation and data.
- Participating in meetings with partners, international exhibitions, conferences and other transport sector events.

••EXPERIENCE in the field of transport forwarding, logistics, transport sales or working with carriers.
- Activity and strong internal motivation to seek new opportunities.
- The salesman's streak - the desire to call, negotiate, search, offer and close the deal.
- The ability to quickly establish contact and build long-term business relationships.
- Strength and perseverance in managing subcontractors and demanding the fulfillment of agreed obligations.
- The ability to respond promptly when a subcontractor is late or does not comply with the agreement.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to defend the company's commercial interest.
- Responsibility for the assigned order until its final execution, including the completion of documentation for accounting.
- The ability to simultaneously manage many orders, carriers, deadlines and changing information. Quick orientation and prompt decisions and responses.
- High data discipline, attention to detail and structured work style.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Polish is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and share information to achieve a common result.
••EXPERIENCE in the field of transport forwarding, logistics, transport sales or working with carriers.
- Experience in the road transport market is a significant advantage.
