Nature of work:
- Organization and coordination of cargo transportation;
- Management of cargo forwarding processes;
- Active sales of transport services;
- Search for new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience as an expedition manager, logistics manager, logistics services sales manager or other similar position;
- Very good knowledge of Polish (from level B2) or very good knowledge of English (from level B2);
- Experience in working with customer acquisition;
- Communication skills, good negotiation skills,
- Independence and ability to make decisions;
- Experience working with customers and carriers on the Polish market would be considered an advantage.
