Currently, UAB "Vailida", a company with many years of experience and stable growth, is expanding its team and is currently inviting an EXPERIENCED EXPEDITION MANAGER IN VILNIUS/KAUNAS to join us - a "universal warrior" capable of managing processes from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who not only knows the art of forwarding, but also is able to make decisions, see opportunities and create value for both the client and the company. We value initiative, responsibility and a desire to grow with the team.

Nature of work:
Full organization and management of (FTL/LTL) freight forwarding processes.
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers and carriers.
Ensuring smooth transportation and prompt problem resolution.
Preparing and administering documentation.
What we expect from you:
At least 2 years of successful experience in the field of forwarding.
Existing carrier and customer portfolio (mandatory)
Ability to independently plan work and make decisions.
Good knowledge of English (other languages are a big advantage)
Responsibility, organization, entrepreneurship and result orientation.
Excellent communication skills and desire to achieve more.
