Expedition Manager I Partial Loads (LTL)

We are looking for an experienced LTL (Less than One) Expedition Manager who has excellent knowledge of the international LTL market, is able to make independent decisions, and wants to work in a company where results are valued and initiative is encouraged.

✅ You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of LTL forwarding;
✅ You have a portfolio of active clients and (or) reliable carriers - we will consider this a great advantage;
✅ You are able to independently organize your work and make quick decisions;
✅ You have strong negotiation and communication skills;
✅ You speak English and Russian (other languages are a great advantage)
✅ You are result-oriented and know how to build long-term business relationships;

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The salary consists of a fixed part and bonuses for achieved results. The salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and results, and will be discussed during negotiations with the candidate.

1500-3000 €/mon. net
Salary depends on your experience and competencies.
