Your responsibilities:
- Door-to-door process management: Control of import cargo transportation from pick-up in third countries to final delivery in Lithuania;
- Cargo coordination: Active coordination of loadings with shippers and constant monitoring of transport movements;
- Documentation management: Verification of documents required for customs clearance (invoices, packing slips, transport documents) and timely transfer to the customs brokerage department;
- Information accuracy: Prompt, clear and accurate provision of information to customers about the status of the cargo;
- Deadline control: Responsibility for timely transport delivery and the integrity of the logistics chain;
- Solution search: Proactive solution to challenges during transportation, achieving maximum efficiency.
What do we expect from you
- Successful experience in the field of international cargo transportation (working with imports from third countries is a great advantage);
- Understanding of transport and customs documentation and the ability to responsibly manage information;
- Ability to communicate effectively with carriers and partners, ensuring the best solutions for the client;
- Ability to make independent decisions in dynamic situations;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Characteristics: Quick orientation, attention to detail and strong orientation to results
