Nature of work
- You will organize export containerized cargo (FCL) sea transportation from order to delivery (“door-to-door”).
- You will coordinate the entire transportation process and ensure its smooth execution.
- You will communicate with customers, shipping lines, agents, carriers and other logistics partners.
- You will administer transport documents and monitor their accuracy.
- You will monitor cargo movement and promptly resolve non-standard situations.
- You will provide professional information to customers throughout the transportation process.
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education in transport, logistics, business or other related field (advantage).
- Experience in organizing sea container (FCL) transportation and customer service.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to independently plan work, effectively manage several projects at the same time and make operational decisions.
- Responsibility, diligence and orientation towards high quality customer service.
- Want to improve and contribute to the results of a professional team.
