Expedition Manager

Cargo search on transport exchanges (own transport) and supervision of the transportation process (control of order conditions);
Close communication with transport managers;
There is no direct contact with drivers, transport managers take care of their management;
Constant communication with existing customers and search for new customers (solving emerging problems, providing information);
Organization of cargo transportation;
Market analysis, constant monitoring, forecasting;
Implementation of set goals;
Operative problem solving;
Work with the order system.

At least 1 year of successful experience as an expedition/transport manager;
Excellent knowledge of English (German and/or French knowledge will be an advantage);
Experience in working with freight exchanges;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Computer literacy (MS Office);
Quick orientation and responsible approach to work;
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills;

1700-4000 €/mon. net
An employee's base salary is determined and a bonus system for performance is additionally applied.
