WE ARE LOOKING FOR NOT ONLY IN KAUNAS, BUT ALSO IN VILNIUS, ŠIAULIA AND KLAIPĖDA.
What your working day will look like:
- Organize full truckload (FTL) transportation from loading to delivery.
- Work with seasonal trucks and coordinate their occupancy.
- Communicate with existing carriers and actively expand the network of reliable partners in Lithuania and Western Europe.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers - consult, promptly resolve issues and ensure high quality of service.
- Actively seek new customers and cargo, contributing to business development.
- Monitor freight exchanges and the market situation, looking for the most effective transportation solutions and the best commercial conditions.
What do we expect from you:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of logistics or transport.
- You have experience in forwarding processes - route planning, carrier selection, cargo tracking are familiar to you.
- You speak and write at least one foreign language well (e.g. English, Russian or another).
- The computer is your tool, not your enemy.
- Communication skills - you need not only to communicate, but also to negotiate the best conditions.
- You are a responsible person, able to plan, react quickly and act effectively - even when time is tight.
