What are you going to do
- You will work with local and international freight exchanges ("Cargo.lt", "Trans.eu", "TIMOCOM", etc.).
- You will look for new customers, cargo and reliable transport partners in Lithuania and abroad.
- You will organize local and international transportation - from the offer to delivery and completion of documents.
- You will negotiate with customers and carriers, agree on prices, conditions and promptly resolve situations.
- You will expand expedition activities in new markets and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- You will monitor the profitability of transportation and the quality of services, cooperate with transport and sales teams.
What are we hoping for
- Experience in the field of expedition or logistics; experience working with freight exchanges is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan work, quickly assess the situation and make decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Initiative, responsibility and orientation towards the client, business development and results.
