We are looking for an Expedition Manager to join our team in Klaipėda to work in the import group.
Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of containerized sea transportation.
- Administration of customer orders.
- Communication with shipping lines, agents, carriers and other partners.
- Administration and maintenance of transport documents.
- Control of cargo movement and prompt provision of information to customers throughout the transportation process.

- You have a university or higher education (in the field of transport or logistics - an advantage).
- You have work experience in the field of maritime transportation and customer service (an advantage).
- You are responsible, meticulous and able to manage several tasks at the same time.
- You are able to quickly respond to changes, resolve non-standard situations and make operational decisions.
- You are focused on high-quality customer service and are able to maintain professional communication.
- You speak English well.
