Identification and attraction of new customers in Western Europe (BE, CH, DE, ES, IT, NL).
Maintaining relations with existing customers, implementation of cargo development goals.
Ensuring efficient use of own transport fleet and cargo distribution.
Working with cargo search platforms "Transporeon", "Timocom", "Teleroute" or others.
Maintaining contact with the customer during the transportation of his cargo, solving any problems that arise.
Close cooperation with the department teams.

Employee requirements
Successful experience in the field of expedition (freight search, communication with customers) in Western Europe (BE, CH, DE, ES, IT, NL - an advantage).
Ability to establish relationships with new customers and turn it into long-term cooperation.
Knowledge of pricing principles and cost calculation.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian.
