- Active search for new customers and sale of transport services.
- Maintaining and developing relations with existing customers.
- Search for cargo and carriers and work with freight exchanges.
- Organization and control of transportation from receipt of order to delivery.
- Work with various types of cargo - tarpaulins, refrigerators, oversized, etc.
- Negotiations with customers and carriers to ensure the profitability of transportation and the quality of services.
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Requirements for the candidate
- Work experience in the field of expedition or transport;
- Good sales, communication and negotiation skills;
- Independence, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems;
- Logical thinking and good planning skills;
- Knowledge of English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
