We are looking for someone who we will teach from the basics of the work of an expedition manager. Previous experience in logistics is not necessary - we value the desire to learn, the ability to communicate, responsibility and a focus on results. We will learn how to work with transport exchanges, plan the work of carriers, search for cargo, negotiate prices and independently organize transportation.

Nature of work
- Working with freight and transport exchanges;
- Searching for freight and planning loadings of available carriers;
- Communicating with carriers and customers;
- Negotiating on transportation prices and conditions;
- Organizing and controlling cargo transportation;
- Promptly resolving everyday situations and problems;
- Working with the internal business management system;
- Administrating documents related to transportation.
Employee requirements
- Experience in forwarding or logistics is not necessary - we will train you;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Want to learn, improve and achieve results;
- Ability and willingness to communicate - a significant part of the work is done by phone;
- Flexibility and ability to quickly respond to changing situations;
- Independence, responsibility and ability to organize your work;
- Ability not to get lost in stressful situations and to find a solution;
- Humane attitude and responsibility towards colleagues and clients.
