Delamode Baltics is looking for a team member to join the expedition team and work with the Lithuanian market. Your responsibilities:
Delamode Baltics is looking for a team member to join the expedition team and work with the Lithuanian market. Your responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate full truckload (FTL) transportation in the Lithuanian market;
- Maintain contact with existing customers and carriers and look for new cooperation opportunities;
- Negotiate transportation conditions and find the best solutions for customers;
- Quickly resolve situations that arise during transportation and ensure smooth cargo movement;
- Cooperate with sales, accounting and other teams.
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
- Intermediate level of English language skills, which you will use in daily communication with customers and carriers;
- Knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage - it would facilitate communication with some drivers;
- Motivation, initiative, organization, result orientation and willingness to learn;
- Experience in organizing transportation in the Baltic market would be a great advantage, but if you don't have it - we will teach you everything. 🚀.
