UAB "Vičiūnai" is expanding its team of forwarders and invites an expedition manager with experience in the field of expedition, managing contract transport, to join us!
Nature of work
- Working with freight exchanges, searching for cargo;
- Searching for new customers;
- Searching for carriers;
- Communicating with carriers when solving cargo transportation issues;
- Organizing and controlling cargo transportation according to assigned directions;
- Working with customers and partners, maintaining communication;
- Assessing customer needs and fulfilling orders;
- Organizing FTL and LTL cargo and coordinating loading.
Employee requirements
- At least one year of experience in the field of expedition or logistics;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
- Organization, result-oriented and responsible approach to work;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Driver's license.
Workplace
- Marijampolės St. 19, Pagirių village, Kaunas district (near Garliava).
