If you have at least 3 years of managerial work experience, know how to organize processes, communicate with customers and achieve results - we will make sure that you acquire all the necessary expedition knowledge.
You will be assigned a mentor, a consistent induction process and the opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic business areas - international expedition.

Nature of work:
- Planning international transportation and organizing truck loading;
- Searching for cargo and selecting the most effective transportation solutions;
- Entering orders into internal systems and administering their execution;
- Prompt resolution of unforeseen situations and daily challenges;
- Constant communication with carriers, customers and business partners;
- Timely execution of assigned tasks and responsibility for decisions made and results achieved;
- The opportunity to develop your client portfolio - work with your chosen or attracted clients, sell cargo to them and thus increase your income and professional growth opportunities.
What to expect:
- At least 3 years of managerial work experience (in any field);
- Ability to plan, organize and manage processes;
- Openness to change, initiative and ability to constantly seek more effective work solutions;
- Commercial thinking and result orientation;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Willingness to learn, grow and create your own financial result;
- Fluency in English and Russian, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
