MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Management of customer inquiries, problem solving and ensuring professional communication;
- Planning the load of the truck fleet according to customer needs;
- Organization of the freight transportation process from receipt of the order to delivery;
- Working with freight exchanges (Timocom, etc.);
- Cooperation with GBY CARGO transport planning and operations teams.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- 2-7 years of successful work experience in the field of expedition or logistics;
- Experience working with the freight exchange Timocom (knowledge of other exchanges is an advantage);
- Understanding of international transportation processes and market characteristics;
- Result-oriented and ability to work according to clear goals;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to independently plan and make decisions;
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage).
