Expedition Manager

We are looking for an expedition manager who already has experience in the field of transport, understands the logic of the market and knows that a good result starts with the right decisions.
We work with our own transport, so it is important to us not only whether you know how to find cargo, but also how you manage the entire process - from price negotiation to the final result.

Cargo flow planning;
Communication with customers/carriers;
Self-organization of work, solving problems;
Customer debt control.

You have experience in organizing freight transportation and working with external carriers. Experience with your own transport is a great advantage;
You are able to make decisions independently, negotiate and quickly respond to market changes;
You think commercially and understand that not only transport occupancy is important, but also the profitability of transportation;
You are proactive, receptive to innovations and result-oriented;
You take responsibility for your decisions and do not look for excuses when challenges arise.

The ability to choose the start of working hours (from 8 am or from 9 am);
A free full health check-up;
An environment where your experience and skills can turn into real results;
Independence, responsibility and a motivational system (monthly and annual), where your contribution is important;
We are not looking for someone who needs to be constantly told what to do. We are looking for a colleague who sees what needs to be done and takes action.
