We are looking for an expedition manager who would be responsible for finding carriers, purchasing transport and creating a long-term carrier network in the Western European market.
In this position, the most important thing is not only to find transport for a specific cargo, but also to establish and maintain long-term relationships with reliable carriers, forming a competitive transport offer for both the spot market and fixed and contract lines.

Your responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract carriers with refrigerated transport in the Western European market.
- Organize transport both in the spot market and for permanent and contractual transportation lines.
- Create and expand the base of reliable carrier contacts and partners.
- Negotiate with carriers on transport prices, conditions and long-term cooperation.
- Assess the reliability of carriers, pricing, suitability of vehicles and opportunities to work in specific markets.
- Search for optimal transport solutions, ensuring competitive prices and the required margin.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing carriers and search for new partners.
- Analyze the spot market, changes in transport prices and carrier supply.
- Cooperate with the expedition and sales team in forming new transport lines.
- Promptly resolve transport search and organization issues.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of expedition / transport, preferably working with temperature-controlled transport.
- Experience in searching, selecting and negotiating with carriers.
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment.
- Independence, responsibility and initiative.
Advantages:
- Experience in the Scandinavian and Western European markets.
- Experience working with Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Balkan carriers.
- Knowledge of the specifics of refrigerated / temperature transportation.
- Personal network of carriers.
- Experience in forming permanent or contractual transport lines.
- Knowledge of the Polish language.
