Expedition Manager

The Starling Logistics team is looking for an proactive and responsible expedition manager who is able not only to organize international cargo transportation, but also to actively expand the carrier network, manage cargo flow and increase the profitability of the operation.

✅Have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of freight forwarding;
✅Have a contact base of reliable carriers - we will consider this a great advantage;
✅You are familiar with working with freight exchanges and are able to use them effectively;
✅You are able to independently organize your work and make decisions quickly;
✅You are fluent in English and Russian, Polish is an advantage;
✅You are focused on results, profitability and building long-term business relationships;
✅You have ambitions to grow your performance, not just administer daily orders.

👌1,200–1,800 EUR salary in hand (depending on experience and competencies);
