Main responsibilities:
- Working with freight exchanges, searching for carriers
- Organizing and coordinating international cargo transportation according to assigned directions
- Communicating with carriers in resolving cargo transportation issues
- Building and maintaining relationships with carriers
- Prompt resolution of problem situations
- Attracting carriers through various channels
Our expectations:
- Successful work experience in the field of forwarding
- Knowledge of the market, seasonality and pricing
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and German
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Ability and motivation to actively conduct "cold calls"
- If possible, visit existing foreign clients
