Nature of work
- Working with international transport in the Western European market, focusing on long-term cooperation with direct manufacturers;
- Developing relationships with reliable carriers and subcontractors and searching for new partners;
- Selecting transport solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable cargo movement;
- Planning and managing cargo flows (including working with freight exchanges as an additional tool);
- Consistent information verification, process coordination and ensuring high service quality;
- Professional cooperation with customers - especially manufacturers, creating long-term mutual value;
- Understanding customer needs, offering individual solutions and their smooth implementation;
- Working with transport management systems, order monitoring and liability control;
- Prompt and responsible problem solving, ensuring reliable supply chain operation.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term relationships;
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented and responsible attitude;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, maintaining quality and attention to detail;
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
