We are looking for an experienced freight forwarder who has good knowledge of the transport market, is able to independently organize transportation and is willing to contribute to the development of the network of clients and carriers. This is an independent position, where not only the smooth organization of transportation is important, but also the ability to build relationships, negotiate and ensure a profitable result.

What will your day look like:

  • You will organize FTL / LTL cargo transportation in the directions of Lithuania, Lithuania-Poland-Lithuania or - Lithuania-Latvia-Lithuania.
  • You will search for cargo, plan transport occupancy and coordinate transportation.
  • You will develop and expand your network of customers and carriers.
  • You will negotiate with customers and carriers on transportation prices and conditions.
  • You will independently manage the transportation process and take care of its profitability.
  • You will analyze the results and look for opportunities to improve them even more.

You will do well if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of forwarding.
  • You have good knowledge of the Lithuanian and/or Baltic transport market.
  • You are able to independently organize transportation and make decisions.
  • You have good negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are result-oriented and understand the economics of the forwarding business.
  • You have contacts of active clients or reliable carriers - this would be a great advantage.
