- Join the team on a fixed-term employment contract
[b]Responsibilities:[/b]
- Communicating with existing and new leasing clients and partners
- Identifying client needs and finding the most suitable solutions
- Close cooperation with colleagues and other bank departments
- Administration of contract terminations, extensions, terminations and amendments
- Coordination of early asset redemption
- Smooth process management and customer experience improvement
- Preparation of reports and data analysis
- Resolving complex customer situations and non-standard requests
- Providing and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Consulting on leasing products and processes

- Have knowledge about the leasing product and its system (would be an advantage)
- You are excellent at working in a team and value cooperation
- You are able to prioritize and effectively manage tasks in a high flow of information or requests
- You are able to effectively solve problems, make decisions independently based on solid arguments
- Time planning, dedication to achieving results and implementing set goals are your usual work ethics
- You have excellent Lithuanian language (writing, speaking) skills
- You have good (B2 level) English language (writing, speaking) skills
- You are full of energy and a positive attitude
- You have a good understanding of business process management
- You have analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions quickly
- You have experience in a financial company and/or in customer service (would be an advantage)
- You have a higher education in economics, management, banking or currently studying (would be an advantage).
