Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare official letters and documents related to the terms and conditions of the company's services, their implementation, application and interpretation
  • Prepare and coordinate responses to inquiries from state institutions, supervisory, control and regulatory institutions, questions or comments submitted during inspections
  • Coordinate complex issues: identify the necessary information, collect it from colleagues and related departments, summarize and prepare a formalized, consistent and substantiated letter, report or recommendation
  • Participate in resolving problematic issues of service provision and their implementation, submit proposals for decision formulations, taking into account regulatory requirements
  • Prepare, review and update internal rules, procedures, procedures, process descriptions and standards, ensuring their compliance with legal acts and practices of supervisory institutions
  • Analyze recommendations, explanations, comments provided by supervisory institutions and initiate their implementation in the company's activities
  • Contribute to the risk management of the company's regulated activities, submitting proposals for improvement of activities, processes or documentation
  • Accumulate and systematize the company's written communication practice with institutions and clients, precedent information

What do we expect?

  • Higher university education in the field of social sciences (law, management and business administration or public administration)
  • Long-term successful work experience in the field of commerce, service provision administration, legislation, consulting services
  • Analytical thinking, activity planning, organization and management skills
  • Responsibility, diligence, ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of legal acts regulating the field of railway transport (advantage)
  • Knowledge of clerical work, document preparation rules
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent Lithuanian, English skills at B2 level

Monthly salary: €2,270.00 - €3,400.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.
