OPERATIONS ENGINEER

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Operations team. In this position, you will be responsible for the operation of the IgnitisON network and solar power plants. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring constant maintenance, monitoring and fault diagnostics of operated equipment (solar power plants, EV charging stations, storage tanks, etc.) and monitoring systems;
• Organizing and coordinating the work of contractors, ensuring that the work is completed on time and with high quality;
• Performing periodic inspections of equipment and systems on time and within the budget;
• Managing and configuring equipment to increase the operating time of operated assets, ensuring partner and customer satisfaction;
• Analyzing failures of operated assets and their causes;
• Providing proposals for strategic infrastructure development and modernization based on the analyses performed.

• Higher education in the field of construction, energy or engineering;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of construction, energy or engineering;
• At least 1 year of work experience in installing and/or operating electrical, automation, communications, HVAC equipment and systems, networks;
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, read documentation and drawings and solve technical failures or malfunctions;
• Knowledge of English (written and oral);
• Initiative, communication skills, ability to work in a team and make decisions independently.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,290 to 3,430 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
