In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance of building engineering systems, coordination of construction works and implementation of technical solutions. You will be entrusted with ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, providing modernization and efficiency insights, and preparing technical documentation to achieve the highest operational quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- ensure the smooth operation of the engineering equipment of the supervised objects, organize and control its maintenance;
- organize and supervise contract works, ensuring their quality and compliance with deadlines;
- identify equipment failures, provide solutions for their elimination and coordinate repair processes;
- provide insights into the modernization of systems and the efficient use of energy resources;
- prepare work estimates, defect reports and technical documentation, ensuring its accuracy and control.
