OPERATIONS ENGINEER FOR RETAIL NETWORK

We are looking for an proactive, technically strong and organized team member who would ensure the smooth operation of our store network and contribute to the implementation of new projects throughout Lithuania.

🔹 You will supervise and coordinate the operation of stores, administrative premises, equipment and other assets;
🔹 You will organize and manage store repair, reconstruction and installation projects;
🔹 You will search for contractors and suppliers, conduct tenders, evaluate commercial offers and negotiate the best conditions;
🔹 You will coordinate the maintenance and renewal of HVAC, electrical, refrigeration and other engineering systems;
🔹 You will administer the Help Desk system and ensure prompt resolution of failures;
🔹 You will control the quality of work performed, deadlines and budgets;
🔹 You will prepare reports, analyze and provide proposals to increase operational efficiency.

✔ You have a higher education (engineering is an advantage);
✔ You have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar work;
✔ You have a category B driver's license;
✔ You are able to independently plan work, make decisions and manage several projects at the same time;
✔ You have good skills in working with MS Office, especially Excel;
✔ You have a technical mindset and are interested in the maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and equipment.
