You will be responsible for:
- maintenance of the technical condition of the building, premises and equipment;
- coordination and quality control of the work of service providers and contractors;
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of stores;
- budgetting of maintenance of the NT, drawing up a long-term building maintenance plan;
- management of technical documentation and building maintenance data.

- competencies in the field of building management;
- work experience in the field of building operation, maintenance or construction;
- initiative, independence and result orientation;
- good working skills in MS Office;
- category B driver's license.
