OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring constant maintenance, monitoring and fault diagnostics of operated equipment (solar power plants, EV charging stations, storage tanks, etc.) and monitoring systems;
• Registering requests and faults;
• Distributing requests to responsible contractors, employees of the company, subsidiaries (Latvia and Estonia);
• Preparing a matrix for resolving operational requests using artificial intelligence solutions and data analysis;
• Analyzing failures of operated assets, their causes;
• Providing proposals for strategic infrastructure development and modernization based on the analyses performed;
• Organizing and managing business processes to achieve greater productivity and lower costs;
• Providing suggestions for effective and innovative ways of performing work in the field of activity of the position.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,520 to EUR 3,780 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
