- UAB „Vejusta“
Nature of work:
- Project management;
- Planning and organizing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance visits;
- Coordination, tracking, documentation of resources;
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms;
- Preparation of annual plans, preparation of monthly and other reports;
- Communication with third parties, customers, investors, etc.;
- Management of subcontractors and assessment of potential risks;
- Control of procedures, their updating and introduction into the system;
- Cost control and their administration;
- Preparation, tracking and periodic updating of design and operational documentation;
- Planning, organizing and coordinating additional maintenance work (grass cutting, measurements, thermography, module washing, etc.);
- Monitoring, evaluating and providing assistance to the dispatcher (e.g. in the event of a malfunction - assistance in problem-solving planning and resource organization).
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (engineering/electrical engineering/management education - an advantage);
- Experience working in electrical engineering and/or with solar power plants;
- You have experience in project management;
- You have knowledge and experience in construction, operation and maintenance work processes;
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, organization and initiative;
- You are able to independently administer, distribute and manage tasks;
- You have good computer skills and experience working with systems;
- You communicate well in English;
- You are receptive, strive to learn and improve.
