OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Planning, organization and management of technical maintenance of buildings and their engineering systems in the Marijampolė/Alytus region (commercial buildings)
- Monitoring, analysis, control and allocation of NT maintenance and operation costs to clients
- Assessment of the need for investments required for the renovation/modernization and maintenance of buildings and their engineering systems, planning and implementation of projects
- Planning, organization and quality control of work on adapting premises to the needs of the Company's clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher engineering education (in the field of construction, electrical/electronics, mechanics, building automation systems or similar engineering sciences)
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of maintenance of buildings and their engineering systems (work experience with commercial objects is an advantage)
- Experience as a project manager in managing construction/finishing works projects (up to 500,000 EUR)
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary: €3,400 – €4,000 before taxes + performance bonuses (with relevant experience, higher salary ranges are possible)
