BALTIC CRANES — one of the largest tower and mobile crane rental companies in Lithuania. We are expanding our team and are looking for an operations manager who would take responsibility for the organization of the work of employees and crews.

What are you going to do?
- Distribution of employees and crews to objects, coordination of schedules;
- Solving operational issues with clients and the team, including availability after working hours according to the schedule;
- Maintaining discipline and quality of work;
- Other organizational work related to the activity.
What to expect:
- Real experience in leading people - in a service, factory, construction, transport company or similar environment;
- The ability to maintain strict discipline and order in the team;
- The ability to speak directly, clearly, without fluff;
- Stress resistance and quick decision-making;
- A sense of responsibility.
Advantages:
- Experience in the position of shift manager, foreman, foreman or service manager;
- Experience with heavy equipment, construction or transport;
- Experience in personnel selection.

- Salary 1500–2000 EUR in cash (depending on experience) + bonus for on-call duty;
