About the position:
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the effective management of real estate maintenance processes in the Baltic States. This is a strategic position that includes coordination of technical solutions, optimization of activities and sustainable development of the company's infrastructure in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate technical management and operation activities on a regional scale;
- Ensure smooth technical functioning of shopping centers, administrative and warehousing facilities;
- Supervise the operation of engineering systems, organize preventive maintenance and repair work;
- Initiate and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency in the Baltic region;
- Manage cooperation with contractors, maintenance partners and utility providers;
- Analyze energy consumption indicators and implement resource optimization initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and technical standards in all maintained facilities;
- Prepare tenders for technical services, evaluate proposals and control the quality of services;
- Participate in planning investment projects, modernization and infrastructure renovation works;
- Responsible for controlling operating costs and analyzing performance results.

- You have gained successful management experience in the field of technical maintenance, infrastructure or real estate management;
- You have experience working with large-scale facilities or managing multiple locations;
- You are able to effectively plan costs, manage budgets and make data-based decisions;
- You are able to communicate in English;
- You have strong project management, communication and negotiation skills;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate activities of several countries;
- You have good knowledge of building engineering systems and the principles of technical maintenance organization.
