Nature of work:
- Perform the operation of the company's premises and maintenance of buildings;
- Ensure that the company's buildings, environmental infrastructure, engineering networks, and work equipment are properly operated in accordance with all construction technical and regulatory requirements;
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements in all facilities;
- Development and implementation of operation and maintenance procedures;
- Participate in inspections of the condition of the company's engineering systems;
- Tendering for purchased works;
- Distribution of maintenance/cleaning work on the company's territory and buildings to subordinate employees.
We expect from you:
- higher or higher engineering education;
- work experience of 3 years or more;
- certificate (certificate) of a manager of special construction works of a special structure and (or) a manager of technical maintenance of special construction works of a special structure;
- knowledge of work safety;
- similar work experience;
- strategic and analytical thinking.
