Your work tasks
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Engineering Systems Operations Manager who will be responsible for organizing the maintenance, operation and repair of building engineering systems and coordinating the work of the team.
- Organizing the maintenance of building heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, sewage, electricity and other engineering systems;
- Drawing up technical maintenance plans and controlling their implementation;
- Coordination of the work of contractors and suppliers;
- Organizing fault diagnostics and elimination;
- Analysis and optimization of the use of energy resources;
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation;
- Budget planning and cost control;
- Ensuring compliance with work safety and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Higher engineering education (electrical, energy, mechanical, etc.);
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of engineering systems maintenance;
- Experience in leading a technical team is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of legal acts regulating facility maintenance;
- Ability to make independent decisions and organize team work;
- Category B driver's license;
- Good computer skills;
- Responsibility, organization, initiative
