Your work tasks
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Engineering Systems Operations Manager who will be responsible for organizing the maintenance, operation and repair of building engineering systems and coordinating the work of the team.
- Organizing the maintenance of building heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, sewage, electricity and other engineering systems;
- Drawing up technical maintenance plans and controlling their implementation;
- Coordination of the work of contractors and suppliers;
- Organizing fault diagnostics and elimination;
- Analysis and optimization of the use of energy resources;
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation;
- Budget planning and cost control;
- Ensuring compliance with work safety and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Higher education in engineering;
- You have gained successful management experience in the field of technical maintenance or real estate management;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment;
- You are well-versed in building engineering systems and the principles of technical maintenance organization;
- You are able to effectively plan costs, manage the budget and make data-based decisions;
- Management experience and ability to manage a team.
- Category B driver's license.
- Responsibility, organization, initiative.
