BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU:

You will supervise and coordinate the operation of the company's managed facilities.
You will communicate with tenants, resolve their daily queries and problems that arise.
You will organize technical and daily maintenance of buildings.
You will coordinate the work of contractors and service providers, evaluate proposals and control the quality of services.
You will coordinate the elimination of warranty defects and supervise the progress of work.
You will administer the company's fleet - coordinate insurance, technical inspections, repairs and other processes.
You will resolve daily economic and technical issues and plan preventive work.
You will improve operational processes and contribute to the creation of a newly formed function.

Have experience in building operation, facility management, real estate, construction, after-sales service or service coordination.
Be independent, responsible and able to make decisions in everyday situations.
Have a practical, economical approach and are oriented towards solving problems.
Be able to plan work, set priorities and coordinate several objects and tasks at the same time.
Respond promptly to malfunctions, unforeseen situations and other operational issues.
Communicate smoothly and professionally with tenants, contractors and service providers.
Have a category B driver's license.
