What you will do:
- administer export orders in the ERP system;
- prepare and check packing documents (Packing List);
- organize transport orders (booking) and register them in the systems;
- prepare, check and administer export documents;
- communicate with transport companies regarding cargo pickup and necessary documentation;
- cooperate with the production warehouse team on a daily basis, ensuring timely preparation of orders;
- monitor the progress of order execution and promptly resolve any problems that arise;
- ensure data accuracy in the ERP system;
- cooperate with other departments of the company to ensure a smooth export process.
You will be successful in this position if:
- you are meticulous, responsible and able to plan your work;
- you have administrative work experience (in the field of export, logistics or customer service - an advantage);
- you are able to work with a computer and quickly master new systems;
- you know how to work with an ERP system or are willing to learn it;
- you are able to work with a large amount of information and ensure data accuracy;
- you have good communication and collaboration skills;
- you know English to the extent necessary to work with export documents and transport partners.
