Lithuanian and Norwegian UAB "Norvelita" is one of the largest salmon product manufacturers in the Baltic States, successfully exporting products to more than 40 countries around the world. We are constantly growing, expanding export markets and are looking for a team member who would contribute to the smooth planning of orders and coordination of export processes.
What will you do?
- You will coordinate the process of fulfilling export customer orders from order receipt to production shipment.
- You will plan production orders according to customer needs, production capacities and delivery terms.
- You will cooperate with production, logistics, purchasing, quality and sales departments.
- You will constantly communicate with foreign customers.
- You will prepare export documentation and ensure its accuracy.
- You will monitor the progress of order fulfillment and promptly resolve any problems that arise.
- You will analyze inventory balances and plan production distribution.
- You will prepare reports, analyze indicators and provide suggestions for process improvement.
- You will contribute to more efficient production planning and improvement of export processes.
We hope you:
- You have a university degree or higher.
- You have work experience in planning, logistics, export, production coordination or supply chain.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- You are good at MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- You are able to plan work, set priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- You are responsible, meticulous, analytical and result-oriented.
- You know how to make decisions quickly and cooperate effectively with different teams.
