Responsibilities:
- Serving assigned foreign customers, resolving issues.
- Coordination of export orders (Amazon and third parties).
- Communication with the production planning team, warehouse, transport organization team, sales department, customs brokers.
- Preparation of export documents.
- Identification of problems and their effective resolution.
- Payment control.
- Data entry and administration in internal systems.
Workplace: Medelyno g. 18, Dievogalos k., Zapyškio sen.
Requirements:
- Similar work experience is an advantage (logistics, transport organization, etc.).
- Good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage).
- Good computer skills (ERP systems, MS Excel, Navision - a big advantage).
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to plan time and problem-solving skills.
