Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand sales in the assigned export region.
  • Actively seek new customers and build long-term business relationships.
  • Maintain and develop cooperation with existing customers.
  • Analyze the market, competitive environment and identify new business opportunities.
  • Present the company's products and technological solutions to customers.
  • Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations and conclude contracts.
  • Prepare and implement sales strategies and action plans.
  • Analyze sales results, track indicators and ensure goal implementation.
  • Manage the product range, participate in the introduction of new products to the market.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We hope you:

  • Have successful B2B sales experience, in the export field - an advantage.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, German - an advantage.
  • Able to independently plan work and achieve results.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Able to analyze market information and make business decisions.
  • Be proactive, customer-oriented and result-oriented.
  • Have a higher education (in business, economics, management or technical fields - an advantage).
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.

Salary

2650-3000 €/mon. gross
